Start time
Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. We ask that guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. This will give you plenty of time to park up, find a seat and get settled.
Order of events

- Reception room opens
- Speeches and cake-cutting
- First dance
- Food is served
- Night ends at 1am
Food
Since we are having a twilight wedding, we won’t be having a sit-down meal. Hot roast sandwiches (pork, turkey or a vegetarian option) will be served at 8pm, so make sure you’ve eaten dinner before you join us!
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know so we can pass this onto the hotel.
Photography
We are having an “unplugged ceremony”, which means we want our guests to keep their phones and cameras safely tucked away while we’re getting married. We have hired a professional photographer to capture these special moments for us, so you can simply sit back and enjoy. And don’t worry: we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them!
After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you’d like: we’d love to see them.
